Excluding holidays, all orders will be prepared and shipped within three business days. Monday-Friday, shipment will be sent out as ground shipping through UPS. During busy holiday season, please allow up to seven business days for your orders to ship. Immediately after orders are shipped, all clients will receive tracking information via email.
Please allow time for your tracking information to update UPS systems. We are only able to ship to the address provided during checkout. If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us, there will be a reshipment fee due prior to reshipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided upon checkout that was incorrect.
At anytime if you receive a tracking notice noted “notice left” please make sure to contact UPS to reschedule your delivery before they return shipment to us. At anytime If your tracking information states “delivered” and you believe this to be a error, please make sure to contact your local post office. At anytime If your order is retuned back to us and you choose not to pay your reshipment fee, a refund will not be processed.
Serenity’s Embrace, offers returns for store credit ONLY.
Once orders are placed with Serenity’s Embrace, no changes or cancellations can be made. Customers must contact us within eight days of receiving your order to receive store credit. After the eighth day the item is considered final sale. Please be aware that a store credit will only be granted based off the return item value, it does not include shipping charges, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Send all info to firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject line of RETURN and ship back.
